This Service Provides When a registration certificate of a vehicle is reported to be lost, mutilated, torn or used-up, duplicate registration certificate is issued to the registered owner.

1.NOC FROM FINANCIER, IF ANY
2.REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE IF MUTILATED
3.AFFIDAVIT FOR HAVING LOST THE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
4.INSURANCE CERTIFICATE
5.POLLUTION UNDER CONTROL CERTIFICATE
6.FITNESS CERTIFICATE IN CASE OF TRANSPORT VEHICLE
7.ONE RECENT PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH
8.COPY OF THE POLICE COMPLAINT
